The leadership of BTG977 combines decades of experience across gaming, digital assets, M&A, and regulated markets. Each executive brings a track record of building, scaling, and transforming businesses and each plays a critical role in shaping the platform we are constructing.

Justas Pikelis

Justas is a serial entrepreneur whose companies have operated in some of the most competitive regulated digital environments. He co-founded a leading digital asset company that grew to hundreds of millions in processed volume, successfully exited it, and later advised exchanges, fintech firms, iGaming startups, and AI-driven ventures on growth strategy and digital transformation.

Tomas VaiSvila

Tomas is a veteran operator with 25+ years in senior leadership and over a decade specifically in gaming. He previously served as Director of Land-Based Operations at Olympic Casino, overseeing complex multi-site operations across Europe and managing large P&Ls in one of the region’s most respected regulated gaming groups.

In digital, Tomas has built operational teams from scratch: marketing systems, fraud and risk prevention units, customer service, and quality management functions for online operators. He has also co-founded and scaled several gaming ventures and led Skycop, a pan-European travel compensation company operating in more than 30 countries.

At BTG977 Tomas is responsible for turning acquired operators into high-performance organizations through centralization, modernization, and disciplined operating structures.

Vidmantas Drizga

Vidmantas brings 20+ years of legal and regulatory leadership, including serving as Head of Legal & Enforcement at the Securities Commission of Lithuania, where he oversaw public market conduct, regulatory compliance, and enforcement actions for the entire securities industry.

In private practice, he has led complex M&A transactions, restructurings, and financing deals across Europe, advising private equity sponsors, international corporates, and regulated institutions. He currently sits on multiple corporate boards and is a partner at TEGOS Legal, one of the region’s leading advisory firms for complex cross-border transactions.

At BTG977, he ensures the group operates at a public-company standard from day one: structuring acquisitions, managing licensing pathways, and maintaining regulatory integrity across all markets.

Marius Matonis

Marius has executed and negotiated dozens of cross-border transactions across Europe, with a focus on gaming, technology, and regulated sectors. He has spent over two decades structuring deals, resolving shareholder complexities, and guiding companies through growth, consolidation, and international expansion.

He has deep familiarity with regulated gaming transactions, from due diligence on AML frameworks and risk systems to evaluating operational cash flows and technology maturity. Marius is also an active investor and board member across several private companies and venture-backed projects.

At BTG977, Marius leads the acquisition pipeline, evaluates operator suitability, manages negotiations, and designs integration plans that ensure each acquisition strengthens the overall platform.
